At Richard’s Automotive we love our customers! Below is an open letter from one of our customers sharing his experience.

“I AM 73 YEARS OLD. I HAVE ALWAYS OWNED TWO CARS AND THE LAST 30 YEARS, TWO CARS, A MOTOR HOME, AND VARIOUS MOTORCYCLES. I HAVE NEVER DONE MY OWN MECHANICAL WORK, SO YOU CAN IMAGINE THE EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD WITH MECHANICS. ABOUT 20 YEARS AGO I MEET RICHARD WHO WAS EMPLOYED BY HIS FATHER’S AUTO SHOP IN VISTA. I HAD JUST MOVED TO FALLBROOK FROM TORRANCE CA AND MY NEIGHBOR TOLD ME ABOUT RICHARD. IT DID NOT TAKE LONG FOR ME TO REALIZE HOW KNOWLEDGABLE AND EFFICIENT RICHARD WAS. AND I WAS AMAZED AT THE TIMES HE COULD HAVE CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING BUT SAID SAID “” YOU DON’T NEED THAT NOW””. I CAME TO UNDERSTAND THAT I COULD TRUST THIS MAN’S INTEGRITY, HONESTY AND ABILITY. FOR THE PAST 10 OR MORE YEARS I HAVE NOT EVEN ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE WANTS TO GIVE ME ONE BUT I SAY “” YOU JUST TAKE CARE OF THE VEHICLE LIKE IT WAS YOUR FATHERS AND I WILL PAY THE BILL”. I DO NOT WANT TO LOCK HIM INTO ANY ESTIMATE AS I WANT THE MOST EFFICIENT JOB I CAN GET. I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED IN HIS WORK OR HIS CHARGES.

RICHARD AND HIS WIFE ANA ARE ONE OF THOSE RARE BUSINESS PEOPLE WHO BELIEVE THEY CAN BUILD A BUSINESS WITH HONESTY AND SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN SO LUCKY TO HAVE MET RICHARD AND ANA.”

We love this customer! He even wanted to post his full name and phone number but for privacy reasons we would not allow him to do that … as generous as the gesture was!
